Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and WishDesk. By downloading or using the WishDesk app, or by browsing WishDesk web pages, you accept them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. What WishDesk does

WishDesk is a wishlist app. You can paste product links to save the items you want, organize them into lists, follow price history, receive optional price-drop alerts, and — if you choose — publish lists in the public Hub so other users can discover, like, and save them. You can use WishDesk locally on one device or create an account to sync across devices.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Choose a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use WishDesk. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You can delete your account and all data linked to it at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account and data) or by writing to support — see our Support page.

4. Your content and the public Hub

Lists, items, notes, and images you create belong to you. When you publish a list in the Hub, you grant WishDesk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that list inside the app so other users can see, like, and save it. You can unpublish a list at any time — the public copy is removed from the Hub, and the license ends for that content.

5. Rules of conduct — zero tolerance

The Hub is a shared space, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. When publishing a list or writing anything visible to other users, you may not post:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans any person or group.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Content that is illegal, or that promotes illegal products, activities, or violence.
• Spam, scams, misleading content, or impersonation of another person.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

Public lists pass a basic filter for prohibited content before publishing. In the app you can report a list, block a creator (hiding everything they publish), and hide content you do not want to see. We review reports and remove violating content, normally within 24 hours, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion and without prior notice when these rules are broken.

6. Prices and products

Prices, availability, and product details shown in WishDesk are collected from public store pages for your information only. They can be outdated or inaccurate at any moment — always check the store page before buying. Purchases happen on the stores' own websites: WishDesk does not sell products, does not process payments, and is not a party to, or responsible for, any transaction between you and a store. Store names, brands, and product images belong to their respective owners.

7. WishDesk's intellectual property

The WishDesk app, name, logo, design, and code are the property of WishDesk and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

WishDesk is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including uninterrupted operation, error-free price data, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WishDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from purchases made at third-party stores, from outdated price information, or from content published by other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — especially the rules of conduct in section 5 — without prior notice. You can stop using WishDesk at any time and delete your account in the app; deletion of your data follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, when changes are significant, we will surface a notice in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use WishDesk after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
